About the Position

SIBL Securities Limited is looking for a qualified, motivated and career-oriented professional to join our team as Trader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization’s business objectives through professional execution, effective coordination and a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned responsibilities efficiently and professionally.

• Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Prepare reports, documentation and other required deliverables.

• Monitor relevant activities and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

• Ensure compliance with applicable organizational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to team objectives and support overall business goals.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Educational Qualifications

• BBA/MBS/Honours/Masters

• Candidates from relevant academic backgrounds will be preferred.

• Professional certifications or specialized training will be considered an advantage.

Experience & Skills

• 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business applications.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and professionalism.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
